About Pete

I grew up in the UK and decided, at 18, that there was more to life when it came to growing myself personally and professionally. I moved to Germany with very little, found work as a dishwasher, and went back to school before joining the civilian sector of the US Air Force.

I worked up to management over 15 years in the civilian sector and earned the Silver Medal for Civilian Achievement. I'm also a military spouse.

From April 2021 to October 2026 I managed two dental practices at once and built the systems from scratch. So I started PNV Management to give clients the systems and honest numbers that help them run better businesses.

What I believe

Owners should run the practice, not the paperwork. A messy set of books doesn't get judged, it gets organized.
